CU INSIDE

Our bodies are incredible creations. They have the ability to regenerate cells and heal without our conscious thought.  It’s possible to make our subconscious thought aid the healing process.

A soothing message is excellent for encouraging restorative sleep. There is a relationship between listening to relaxation experiences at bedtime, promoting better sleep and increasing healing potential.

Cellular Universe incorporates magical music from Maui, with imagery and visualization of glyconutrients saturating all of the cells in the body, allowing cell-to-cell communication, and the potential for an improved state of being.  It is an educational experience.

Maui-based psychologist Dr Rick Sword, a pioneer of media psychology, developed this educational experience.  The original music by artists Nate Middleton and Michael Rogers complements the soothing voice of Rosemary Ku’ulei Moore, a Ka Huna healer from Maui. She believes our bodies are “akua pila” (divine instruments), and the art of narration and storytelling is one she happily shares.

Take a journey inside your Cellular Universe, visualize perfect cell-to-cell communication, and discover how your subconscious mind can lead you to better health and vitality.
Enjoy CU Inside.

You are the architect
of your life.

Each human has a unique talent which, when discovered, nurtured, and truly lived, can change our own personal world. By allowing our pure, true self to live beyond our limited beliefs, we slowly change the world around us into an experience of higher intention, greater freedom and possibility.

You are the architect of your life.  Through your thoughts, feelings, actions and words you determine the path of your life – your future.

“Happiness is 50 percent genetic”, says University of Minnesota researcher David Lykken.  “What you do with the other half of the challenge depends largely on determination.” As Abraham Lincoln once said, "Most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be."

Researchers at the University of California at Riverside discovered the road toward a more satisfying and meaningful life involves a recipe repeated in schools, churches and synagogues. Make a list of things you're grateful for in your life, practice random acts of kindness, forgive your enemies, notice life's small pleasures, take care of your health, practice positive thinking, and invest time and energy into friendships and family.

"Research shows that people who are grateful, optimistic and forgiving have better experiences with their lives, more happiness, fewer strokes, and higher incomes," according to Gregg Easterbrook, author of “The Progress Paradox:  How Life Gets Better While People Feel Worse”. "If it makes the world a better place at the same time, this is a real bonus."

People who positively evaluate their well-being on average have stronger immune systems, are better citizens at work, earn more income, have better marriages, are more sociable, and cope better with difficulties.

Lethargy holds many people back from doing the things that lead to happiness.

Easterbrook, goes back to Freud, who theorized that unhappiness is a default condition because it takes less effort to be unhappy than to be happy.

"If you are looking for something to complain about, you are absolutely certain to find it," Easterbrook said. "It requires some effort to achieve a happy outlook on life, and most people don't make it. Most people take the path of least resistance. Far too many people today don't make the steps to make their life more fulfilling one."

Whether you attract wellness or illness, success or failure, happiness or sadness, it’s all up to you.

P’taah Prayer

If  we look at our lives honestly, many of us focus on what we don't have, instead of what we do have.  We support lack instead of abundance.

Say, "I no longer desire to support lack because I see the gift in everything in my day to day."

It is most powerful, if every day, we GIVE THANKS for what IS.

Look at the miracle of life that you are, look at the gift around you.

Sing a song to the universe while in or under water.  Hum A sound – feel the sound moving through your body.

SAY THANK YOU
FOR WHAT IS EVERY DAY

Thank you for the love in my life
Thank you for the love that surrounds me
Thank you for the miracle of life that I am
Thank you for the miracle of life that I see reflected all around me
Thank you for the gift of life that I am and for my perfect body, health and vitality
Thank you for the abundance that I am
Thank you for the richness of my life
Thank you for the river of money which flows to me – thank you
Thank you for the beauty and harmony
Thank you for the adventure and excitement of the millions of possibilities and probabilities
Thank you for the peace and tranquility
Thank you for the laughter and the play
Thank you for the privilege of serving and sharing.

THANK YOU     THANK YOU     THANK YOU

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.  Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? You are a child of God.  Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.  And as we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Nelson Mandella
1994 inaugural address

How to Attract Illness
If You're Well

•    Avoid making any changes, which would bring greater satisfaction and joy into your life.
•    Shun anything that resembles humor. Remember that life is a serious struggle and is no laughing matter.
•    Do not express your feelings and views openly and honestly. Other people wouldn't appreciate it. If at all possible, avoid even knowing what you're feelings are.
•    Blame other people for all your problems. Stay angry with people for everything lacking in your life.
•    Avoid any possibility of developing deep friendships and intimate relations with your mate.
•    Fill your mind with dreadful pictures and then become obsessed with them. Worry about the future often, if not all the time.
•    Be resentful, hypercritical and judgmental of everyone around you, especially yourself.
•    Do lots of things you don't like and avoid doing what you really want. Follow everyone else's opinion and advice, while feeling miserable and stuck.
•    Cultivate the perception that your life is meaningless and of little value.
•    Don't pay any attention to your body. Eat plenty of junk food, don't exercise and drink lots of tap water. If you are stressed and tired, ignore it. Just keep pushing yourself.

How to Increase Illness
(If You're Already Sick)

•    Think constantly about all the awful things that could happen to you. Dwell on the negative, fearful images.
•    Be depressed, self-pitying, envious and angry. Blame everyone and everything for your illness.
•    Read articles, books, newspapers, watch TV programs, and listen to people who reinforce the viewpoint that there is no hope. Feel that you are powerless to influence your future.
•    Despise yourself for having destroyed your life or for not having gotten everything out of it you could. Dwell on your age and realize you're getting older every day.
•    Go see lots of different doctors; run from one to another; spend half your time in waiting rooms; get lots of conflicting opinions and lots of treatment; start one program after another without sticking to any. Become thoroughly confused.
•    Stop working on projects and give up activities that bring you a sense of purpose and fun. See your life as essentially pointless and at an end.
•    Complain constantly about your symptoms and associate exclusively with other people who are unhappy and embittered, thus reinforcing your feelings of hopelessness and hatred.
•    Think how awful life is and how you might as well be dead. But also make sure that you are absolutely terrified of death, just to increase the pain and terror you feel.

Most importantly, give thanks for all that you have. Even though you don't have everything you want, think about how many things there are that you don't have that you don't want.
